Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping Information
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Pre-order products: Our pieces are made to order to guarantee exclusivity and sustainability. Production time is 15 to 21 business days before shipping (indicated on each product page).

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

Spain: 24 – 72 business hours.

European Union: 7 – 10 business days.

Rest of the world: 10 – 15 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Spain (Peninsula): €4.95 | FREE on orders over €200 .

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €15.00. (Shipments to the Canary Islands may require additional customs procedures).

European Union: €19.00.

Rest of the World: €30.00.
Note: Taxes, duties or customs fees outside of Spain are the responsibility of the customer according to the regulations of their country.
2. Exchanges and Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.
Acceptance requirements:

The garment must be in perfect condition , unused, with its original tags and in its original packaging.

BANS with B reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to process it? Send us an email using the contact form, indicating your order number and the reason. We will reply with instructions on how to send the package to our address:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for losses during return transit.
3. Refunds and Exchanges

Refund: The full price of the item will be refunded, minus the original shipping cost. The refund will be issued to the same payment method within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the item is validated at our warehouse.

Size exchanges: Subject to stock availability. They are processed within 24-48 business hours after we receive your request by email.

Defective product: If the garment has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photographs to arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
