Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, ordering and access to the products of BANSwithB, a brand owned by COORDONNE BRANDS SLU, with registered office at Carrer del Gall 24, 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain (hereinafter, "BANSwithB").
These Terms and Conditions apply to all product sales made through the brand's official website.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
«BANSwithB» – The products marketed by COORDONNE BRANDS SLU through its official website.
“User” – Any natural person, not a merchant, who places an order through the official BANSwithB website.
Use of the website and purchase of BANSwithB products implies knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.
REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE
To place an order, the User can register by completing the fields included in the corresponding form.
It is also possible to place an order without prior registration. However, by registering, your data and preferences will be saved to facilitate future purchases.
Once registered, the User will have access to their personal account, where they can manage their account settings, orders placed, shipping addresses and preferences.
From the moment the User accesses their account, they are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
BANSwithB PRODUCTS
The BANSwithB website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Information regarding product characteristics (design, manufacturing, materials, sizing or other relevant details) is detailed in each product sheet.
BANSwithB reserves the right to modify the product offer, prices, promotions and commercial conditions at any time.
PURCHASE PROCESS
To place an order, you need a valid email address.
The User must select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart, enter the necessary personal data (shipping address, billing address, payment method, telephone, among others), review the order and confirm the purchase.
After confirming the order, the User will receive a confirmation email. Once the payment is validated, a final confirmation will be sent.
The shipment will be sent to the address indicated by the User during the purchase process.
BANSwithB reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases: product not available; payment not confirmed; incorrect or unverifiable data; obvious error in the price; impossibility of delivery to the address provided.
PRICES
The prices shown include VAT in force in Spain and are expressed in euros (€).
The final price shown before confirming the purchase will include VAT and shipping costs where applicable.
BANSwithB reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.
PAYMENT METHODS
The User may make the payment using the methods available at the time of purchase on the website.
Payment methods other than those indicated during the purchase process will not be accepted.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
BANSwithB designs and manufactures its pieces in Spain. For pre-ordered items, estimated delivery times may vary between 3 and 10 business days.
Shipping within Spain (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €200. For orders under this amount, the cost will be €5.95.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €15 per shipment. Customs fees may apply and are not included in the price.
Shipping to the European Union: standard rate of €19.
Shipping to the rest of the world: standard rate of €40.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, order volume, or logistical circumstances.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, on working days.
The User must ensure that someone is available at the indicated address to receive the order.
In case of visible damage to the packaging, the User must not accept the package and must immediately notify customer service, attaching photographs if possible.
If a product is unavailable after purchase, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days.
CANCELLATIONS
The user may cancel the order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. The request must be made via the customer service email address indicated on the website.
If the order has already been shipped, the User may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with current regulations. In this case, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
RETURNS
The User has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Spanish legislation.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in perfect condition and with its original tags.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the corresponding refund will be processed.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the User receives a defective product, they must report it within a maximum of 3 days from receipt, attaching photographs.
If the claim is valid, the price of the product will be refunded or a replacement will be offered at no additional cost.
BANSwithB reserves the right to refuse returns of products that show obvious signs of misuse.
QUALITY AND REPRESENTATION
BANSwithB does not sell second-hand or defective products.
The colors displayed on screen may vary slightly depending on the User's device, so an exact match is not guaranteed.
CLAIMS
Complaints can be sent to the customer service email address listed on the website. BANSwithB will attempt to respond within a maximum of 5 business days.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BANSwithB will not be liable for website interruptions due to maintenance or technical causes, nor for damages resulting from force majeure such as strikes, natural disasters, logistical failures or regulatory changes.
It will also not be responsible for the misuse of credentials by third parties.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
BANSwithB reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on the website and will be effective from the date of publication.
DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and current Spanish legislation.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
