Shipping

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except in cases of stockouts or holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and product availability.

If the item is available for Pre-order, the shipping period will begin once the indicated preparation period has ended.

Estimated delivery times

• Spain: 24 – 72 business hours.
• European Union: 7 – 10 business days.
• Rest of the world: 10 – 15 business days.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs procedures, which are beyond our control.

Shipping costs

• Spain:
  - Free shipping on orders over €300.
  - €4.95 for orders under €300.
  - Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €15 per shipment.
  - Shipments to the Canary Islands may require additional customs procedures and have a longer delivery time.
  
• European Union: €19 shipping costs.
• Rest of the world: €30 shipping costs.
  

Orders shipped outside Spain may be subject to taxes, duties or customs fees, which must be borne by the customer according to the regulations of the destination country.
